Pre-orders 

We accept cancellations and refunds only for pre-order purchases.

When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is either out of stock or will soon be available, but is not yet in inventory. Full payment is collected at checkout, and your order will be fulfilled at a later date.
