Mandel Bread Gift Boxes

Every box below is handmade and hand-sliced in our South Denver kitchen using Grandma Jeanne's four-generation mandel bread recipe. Mandel bread is a traditional twice-baked Jewish cookie, closer to biscotti's softer cousin, and because most of the moisture bakes out, it keeps for 90 days sealed at room temperature and travels without falling apart.
